Integrity i-9 Business Services offers Remote I-9 Verification with E-Verify, Remote Manual Re-Verification, & Remote Notary Services. We are trained and verified Employment Agents authorized to verify I-9 Forms with the use of the US Federal Government's E-Verify system. Same-Day Appointments are available. Remote I-9 Verification
Verification is completed quickly and remotely utilizing the US Federal E-Verify system with one of our authorized and trained Employment Agents. Your service will be taken care of from start to finish by one Employment Agent that you will have direct access to. Same day appointments are available. This service is only available for new employees because it is illegal to re-verify an existing employee with E-Verify. You will receive copies of the completed form and identify documents. You may also request a copy of the recorded session at no additional cost.
Remote I-9 Re-Verification
Employers must keep a completed I-9 form on file for each employee. The forms should be filed with copies of the identity documents used by the employee to complete their original I-9 form. Copies of the employee's identity documents are not mandatory but if you are audited, having these copies proves that you were shown proper identification. If you are missing I-9 forms for an employee, you can manually re-verify that employee. If you think that your employee I-9 files are inaccurate or information is missing, you must manually re-verify all of your employees. If you fail to do this and you are audited, you could face fines. You could even be sued.

I-9 Verification Monthly Plans
Save money with a monthly plan. Monthly plans reduce the price of each verification from $35.00, to $30.00. If you have a plan and you need additional verifications, they are billed at the standard rate of $35.00 each. You can cancel at anytime. Bulk pricing is also available. Bulk E-Verify and manual re-verify verifications are set at $28.00 each. A minimum of 60 verifications/ re-verifications are required for bulk pricing. Unused verifications are eligible for a refund.

Five Verifications: $150.00 ($30.00 Each)
Ten Verifications: $300.00 ($30.00 Each)

Bulk Verifications
For annual bulk purchases: $28.00 per E-Verify verification (minimum of 60 verifications).
For Re-Verifications, 60 employees or more also qualify for bulk discounts.
Remote Notary Service
Remote, secure and fast online notary service by a licensed and bonded notary. Pricing is $25.00 per page. All notarized documents include a certificate at no additional cost. Bulk discounts are available. The following types of notary services are available: witnessing a signature, verifying a copy, verifying an oath or affirmation, individual and representative acknowledgments, and certifying an event.
